Jori Vila

Jori Vila is the founder and managing director of Oz Marketing, a marketing and communications agency in Tirana, with 18 years of experience building brands and communication campaigns. Before founding Oz Marketing, she led campaigns for brands including Samsung, Coca-Cola, Philip Morris International, Porsche Albania and BKT.

She is one of the first Personal Branding professionals in Albania, a trainer, and a lecturer in Fundamentals of Marketing at Tirana Business University College. In 2026 she was named Social Star Woman Entrepreneur for the Western Balkans Six by the Regional Cooperation Council. She is the organizer and co-moderator of Business Reset.
