Jonel Kristo is the CEO of ISN Albania, a team-building and experiential learning company helping businesses strengthen communication, leadership, and performance through hands-on, game-based training. He brings a career built at the intersection of finance, economic policy, and entrepreneurship, holding an MBA in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (2009).
Before ISN, Jonel worked as a project manager for the Albanian American Development Foundation and served as an economist at the Central Bank of Albania. In 2016, he founded the Tourism Investment & Finance Fund in partnership with USAID, Sweden, and the Government of Albania. His interests span entrepreneurship, leadership, team building, and corporate culture.
